Hi Amie,
a) Watch out for packs of wild dogs throughout the abandoned buildings (serious). They are aggressive, very protective of their territory, and roam in large packs.
b) Crumbling concrete, holes that extend for forty or more levels down (in the dark), sharp objects, and other debris
c) Homeless people, often on drugs.
d) You will be committing a crime just being inside the private property, watch out for security guards, and police. Thai jails are not fun, so I have heard.

So in summary, enjoy your experience, and be very careful.

Heya Nate,

I was wondering if you like to do some Exploring together some time. I've begun exploring pretty solidly for a good year now with a Mate and other random friends dragged along who are interested.

I'm developing a website which will store a map and photos of various locations though I'm not sure how much to put available to the public. Anyway we could share some notes. I have rumours of underground mail tunnels in Perth and Underground hospitals in Sir Charles Hospital which I'm keen to prove/disprove.

Love the site and photos by the way. Funny thing I was exploring a stopped building site in ascot region which was about 10 stories and looked very very cool. But you had to go find a bigger one now didn't you :)

When I get my site fully operational we can have an 'explore-off' and see which can get some better places or better photos.

Yep Christian, it was a while ago now. There are many buildings like this in Bangkok. Given the number of new towers currently under construction, it mustn't make financial sense to resurrect these shells. Makes for an interesting city!
